In case you haven’t heard of blk cosmetics (but honestly, who hasn’t?), it’s a makeup line by Anne Curtis that is PETA friendly and cruelty free. Her products are all about uncomplicated beauty, making her cosmetics accessible to beginners, minimalist makeup wearers, and anyone who enjoys that au naturel look.
The aim of her Universal Collection was to provide universally flattering shades, on-the-go cosmetics that had long-lasting formula and were multi-purpose. And by the looks of her launch, it seems that she has done just that.

- Multi-use Matte + Water Tint Duo for ₱399, available in Nutmeg, Cinnamon
- Brow Stick: Pencil + Mascara for ₱399, available in Taupe, Natural Brown
- All Day Lip for ₱299, available in Caramel, Toffee, Latte, Mocha
- Color-adapting Moisture Lip Balm for ₱299
All the items are pretty straightforward in terms of use. Because most of us are used to each of makeup products being limited to one function, some might be a little confused on how to use the Multi-tasking Color Stick or the Multi-use Matte + Water Tint Duo. For the Color Stick, feel free to use it as a lip and cheek tint, eye shadow, or even use it as a cream contour and highlighter. As for the Multi-use Tint Duo, this can also be used as a lip and cheek tint or eye shadow, with a dual formula so you can choose between a matte or glossy finish.
And the greatest part of these products is that the colors are blendable, so that you can decide if you want to go for the natural flush or something more on the pigmented side.
