Pasjel Precious Skin Body Cream Review
Stretch marks can be a nightmare. The unavoidable marks are a huge pain to treat, and while most of them go away with time, the longer lasting ones can become a reason for insecurity.
Being bombarded with airbrushed images of perfectly smooth thighs can cause our own confidence to dip. But the thing is, stretch marks are more common than we think. No one was born with perfect skin. We just don’t get to see the imperfections.
That said, it’s hard to show off our bodies when we don’t yet have the confidence to do so. Sure, these marks will fade over time, but what happens until then? Thankfully, there are some treatments like oils and vitamin E that are claimed to help speed up the fading process. The Pasjel Precious Skin Body Cream is a perfect example. We take a closer look in this review.
About Pasjel Precious Skin Body Cream
When the skin on our thighs, buttocks, and breast area develop stretch marks, we may become overly self-conscious. Stretch marks are no walk in the park! This condition occurs when the elastin and collagen in our skin ruptures, resulting in permanent scarring. They commonly occur in situations with rapid weight loss or weight gain, a growth spurt, pregnancy, or when topical creams like corticosteroids are applied onto the skin.
You don’t have to worry, though. There are plenty of ways to speed up the natural fading process of these scars. We just have to discern which remedies are true, and which ones are a myth. Honestly, it’s a pretty tough thing to do considering all the false information and unreliable reviews online. The question is, where does the Pasjel Precious Skin Body Cream fall? Is it a yay or a nay? Let’s find out more.
What is Pasjel cream used for?
Pasjel Cream is a cream product manufactured in Thailand that aims to reduce the appearance of stretch marks in women after regular use. As per its description, it has a 2-in-1 formula that aims to brighten the skin using oil extracts and vitamins, revealing smooth and even skin in just a few months. It’s a popular cream product with high reviews and ratings. But is it all hype? Let’s learn more about the cream product in this review.
What is Pasjel?
Pasjel is a Thai manufacturer of one of the most popular body creams in the country. The Pasjel Precious Skin Cream is a cream product marketed as the complete package for treating stretch mark problems and skin discoloration. It’s a product that has received favorable reviews from customers and beauty blogs. For our own in-depth review, we’ll be taking a look to see if it is as effective as other reviews say it is. Let’s get right on to it!
What is the best stretch mark cream?
Before we start with the product review, let’s first talk about scar creams. The best cream product for stretch marks will vary with each case. Although this sounds like a bummer to hear (I know, I want an overnight fix, too!), that’s just how our body works. There’s no such thing as a one-size-fits-all product. Some creams are effective and some aren’t, and the causes aren’t exactly clear cut — the reviews tend to be a mixed bag. But we’re here to give the scoop on how to get the best treatment for your skin. If you’ve been looking for ways to get rid of those marks, stick around.
First off, we’re here to say that at-home remedies for these scars have very little scientific evidence to back them up. Reviews may say otherwise, but be wary, because plenty of reviews can have misleading information. And there is no such thing as an overnight fix!
That said, upon the review of a few products, there are key ingredients that are believed to have scar healing properties. Some common ingredients that are claimed to have positive effects are jojoba oil, olive oil, and vitamin E. While most reviews and results are anecdotal, jojoba oil is said to be rife in antioxidants which help promote cell growth in damaged skin.
Can scar cream remove stretch marks?
There are two types of stretch marks: red and white. Red stretch marks are newer and will eventually fade into white or silver. Although both are permanent, their ability to respond to a cream treatment differs greatly. The thing is, redder or fresher marks are actually easier to treat because of the presence of blood vessels just below the surface. Older ones that have turned white are less likely to respond to a simple cream at all.
So the takeaway here is that if you’re going with a scar cream to treat your skin, do it as soon as possible. Otherwise, the only options are surgery or laser.
BENEFITS OF the Pasjel Precious Skin Body Cream
Now, back to the Pasjel skin cream review. This body cream has a few purported benefits, including:

- Keeps the skin more moisturized, restoring its natural smoothness
CORE INGREDIENTS Of the PASJEL PRECIOUS SKIN BODY CREAM
One selling point of this cream product is its formula. If you aren’t the type to investigate the ingredients lists of a product you’re eyeing, then start the habit now! Let’s review everything that makes up this cream to see if it’s worth the hype.
- Glycerin. Works best as a moisturizer, giving more hydration to much-needed areas of the skin. This is at the top of the product ingredients list, so we can safely say this product can at least be a good moisturizer. Next time you’re on the hunt, review the ingredients list to see if it has glycerin!
- Isopropyl Palmitate. While a great emollient, this ingredient also gives the product its fragrances. This gives the cream its soft and smooth texture too. But if you’re allergic, steer clear!
- Alpha Arbutin. Functions as a skin brightening component. Alpha arbutin is a common depigmenting agent found in your everyday whitening product. We even have a review for an Alpha Arbutin serum. Check out the review here.
- Jojoba Seed Oil. The jojoba oil, or more technically a jojoba wax ester, is a sebum-like molecule that has wondrous moisturizing and skin-nourishing properties. It can produce a protective layer on the skin and at the same time penetrate more deeply into the pores to give the appearance of a supple, soft glow.
- Soluble Collagen. A network of molecules found in animals. While collagen in a cream jar doesn’t actually add more to the existing collagen found deep in our skin, it is an excellent moisturizer, owing to its large size and immense water-binding capabilities. You’ll find this sitting at the top of the list when you review the ingredients of most hydrating sheet masks. More information is needed on its ability to clear scars.
- Vitamin E. An antioxidant known for its health benefits that can help protect the skin against harmful UVB rays. This keeps the skin more nourished. It’s the main ingredient of the Yoko Spa Milk Salt, which we review here.
If you’re wondering what to do with this information, make it a habit to check a product ingredient list for any possible allergens before making a purchase. Depending on your skin type, the effects of these ingredients may vary.

There’s just something about this cream that made me want to buy it. As a fan of beauty buys from Thailand, I couldn’t help getting one of these for myself. The description sounded promising, as did the formula. People recommended it, too, so I thought — why not? At the time, there wasn’t a thing I wanted more than to get rid of pesky marks in my inner thigh. I was content with trying just about anything.
After reviewing and trying out the product myself, I can safely say that it didn’t work as well as I hoped it would. This is for many reasons. For one, my stretch marks have, by the time I started usage of the cream, faded a little. This means they aren’t as responsive to topical treatments. If I had tried this on sooner, I might have seen faster results.
But, if anything, I still saw a slightly more even skin tone after just a few weeks of regular usage. The fragrances I could do without, but since the skin on my inner thighs isn’t too sensitive, then I didn’t really experience a negative reaction.
As for the price, I can’t complain. Despite it being a bit of a letdown, the cream actually has a reasonable price compared to others that probably are just as ineffective. However, I do wish I had saved my money instead. Now, onto the rating.
I didn’t have an issue with the product at first. I knew it would take a while to see something change, and each review I read only seemed to confirm it more. But after over a month, I wasn’t seeing anything at all. Aside from a slightly more even skin tone (which could have been from just staying indoors), I gave up any hope of my marks significantly fading away.
However, it’s worth noting that mine were already in the process of turning white. For the purpose of giving this cream the benefit of the doubt, we’ll give it a 3-star review rating. Do note that if you decide to buy it, you should do so while your marks are still responsive to treatment.
If you’ve made it to the end of this review and still want to try it, go ahead. Maybe you want to save money (the price of this cream is relatively low) or just aren’t ready to get a laser treatment. The formulation is actually pretty good, and what didn’t work for my skin type might still be effective for you.
