Hyalure Soap Free Skin Cleanser Review

Want to try gentle cleansers that everyone raves about, but find that international products are simply too pricey? Youโ€™re in for a treat: the Hyalure Skin Cleanser is a local dermatologist-formulated gentle facial wash that is perfect for dry and sensitive skin. In this review, weโ€™ll take a closer look at its benefits, formulation, and ingredients.ย

About the Hyalure Soap-Free Skin Cleanser

Unlike acne-prone complexions, having an easily irritated or dry complexion isnโ€™t always so apparent. I used to think I had normal skin because I never had any terrible breakouts. I only used whatever face washes, toners, and moisturizers I could find without looking at the ingredients list.

If youโ€™re like me, and you eventually noticed that your face became more irritated by certain products, it might be time to switch to a gentle cleanser. The Hyalure Soap Free Skin Cleanser is a locally made facial wash that offers an affordable alternative to keeping our skin soft, moisturized, and clean.

Itโ€™s packed with hyaluronic acid that aids in preventing moisture loss, while the citric acid effectively removes impurities to keep the face looking bright and healthy.

Soap has long been the go-to for cleaning and purifying the face. However, its high pH levels can cause dryness, which isnโ€™t exactly great. Facial washes without soap are a viable alternative and might be even vital for those who have rosacea, eczema, or dermatitis.

Benefits of the Hyalure Gentle Skin Cleanser For Dry, Sensitive Skin, and Oily Skin

Ready to commit to a gentle cleansing routine? Here are just some of the benefits of the Hyalure Soap-Free Skin Cleanser:

  • Helps hydrate skin and gives it a velvety soft feel
  • Non-irritating
  • SLS-free and paraben-free
  • Suitable for all skin types
  • Reduces skin irritation caused by pollutants
  • Safe for eczema and fungal acne

Ingredients of the Hyalure Facial Wash: Sodium Hyaluronate, Citric Acid, and More

Here are some of the core ingredients:

  • Sodium Hyaluronate โ€” If HA is a large molecule preventing water loss, sodium hyaluronate is its younger sibling. SH is more minor in size, allowing it to penetrate deeper into underlying layers.
  • Cetyl Alcohol โ€” This fatty alcohol isnโ€™t as harsh as it sounds. In fact, the emollient makes the skin smooth and nice while also removing dirt.
  • Methyl Propanediol โ€” This ingredient is intended to be an alternative to glycols like butylene glycol and propylene glycol. It helps your face stay hydrated while also combating bacteria.
  • Decyl Glucoside โ€” This is a mild cleaning agent that helps with foaming.
  • Citric Acid โ€” This mild AHA is perfect for removing dead cells, keeping your complexion bright and youthful.
  • Stearyl Alcohol โ€” This is another emollient that also functions as a surfactant and a mild masking fragrance.

Directions for the Hyalure Cleanser

Simply take a small amount and massage it in circular motions over your damp face. Rinse with lukewarm water.

Our Verdict

At first, I wasnโ€™t sure about Hyalure products as there arenโ€™t plenty of reviews I could find prior to trying them. But once I found that plenty of dermatologists recommend this for patients who struggle with rosacea and sensitivity, I was eager to give it a go.

What I love about this product is its mild formula, unlike plenty of other skincare products that still have parabens or potential allergens. This one is paraben-free, alcohol-free, and sulfate-free. Itโ€™s also suitable not only for dry complexions but also for those of a combination or oily skin type.

This skincare product is free of soap, parabens, sulfates, and ethyl alcohol. On the surface, it seems like thereโ€™s not much room for nourishing ingredients, but thatโ€™s kind of the price you have to pay if you donโ€™t want to irritate your face.

True to its word, this cleanser didnโ€™t make my face feel too tight โ€” or worse, sting. It actually left it feeling clean, but not stripped of natural oils. The product forms a protective film on the outer layer of the skin in order to protect it from transepidermal water loss

There are plenty of gentle cleansers on the market, but what makes Hyalureโ€™s stand out is the price. You get a lot of products for a cheaper price, which plenty of other high-end cosmetic brands canโ€™t say (I simply refuse to drop a thousand pesos for a basic wash). Honestly, before this, I used to think gentle skincare had to cost a lot, but this product proved that isnโ€™t true.

As for removing makeup, I canโ€™t say how effective it is as I usually go in with an oil-based product first, but as the second step in a double-cleanse routine, I found this to be competent.

Hyalure Soap Free Skin Cleanser

I love that it’s super mild, yet gives the face a smooth texture. Itโ€™s also sulfate-free and paraben-free, as well as free of alcohol (the bad kind) and other potential triggers. Dermatologists love it, and according to reviews, so do people with complexions that are easily irritated. Iโ€™m excited to stick with this and see where it goes.

Perhaps the biggest drawback is the lack of ingredients that nourish and calm the skin instead of simply cleaning, but Iโ€™ll leave those to the other steps in my routine.
