Our Verdict

Blackheads and whiteheads are some of my least favorite skin problems. Not that I have any favorites at all, but I used to struggle really hard with closed comedones in particular because they were so stubborn.

I’ve definitely had mixed experiences with peel-off masks, and it’s important to know that they’re not the perfect solution for blackheads or whiteheads. They can cause irritation to sensitive skin and promote sagging.

So, while I had a positive experience with the Gel Hut Mun Peel-off Mask, I wouldn’t make it a staple in my own routine. There’s a stinging sensation afterward that I didn’t quite like, so I don’t recommend this to those with dry or sensitive complexions. I also prefer chemical peels over physical peel-off masks.
