About the Himalayan Salt Soap
When it comes to Himalayan Salt Soap, you don’t receive just one benefit. This versatile treatment relieves the itching and redness associated with atopic dermatitis and other skin disorders. It completely washes and exfoliates the body’s dull, dead skin, revealing a flawless complexion.
This soap may help control oil production in the skin while mending and regenerating damaged skin tissues, making it ideal for acne-prone skin.
The soap’s salt minerals have the capacity to destroy acne-causing bacteria on the skin while also reducing body odor. Furthermore, the soap’s potent components aid to prevent early signs of aging.

Ingredients of the Himalayan Salt Soap
This all-natural, chemical-free Himalayan Salt Soap uses safe and mild ingredients to gently exfoliate and nourish each part of the body.
- Olive Oil. In soap form, olive oil has a number of skin benefits, including anti-inflammatory properties as well as antioxidant properties that keep the body healthy from head to toe.
- Coconut Oil. Coconut oil also possesses similar advantages, but it’s also a great antibacterial ingredient. Plus, it makes the soap all nice and lathery.
- Castor Oil. This saponified oil is easily absorbed by the skin, moisturizing it from the inside.
- Shea Butter. Another popular moisturizer is shea butter, known to be ultra nourishing as well as keeping the skin silky smooth.
- Himalayan Salt. Finally, we’ve got himalayan salt, one of the mildest exfoliants in body care. It removes impurities, bacteria, and deep-seated dirt without harming the skin or excessively drying it.

Our Verdict
At first glance, the Himalayan Salt Soap seemed like any other drugstore soap you could pick up the aisle of a supermarket and not really think much about. Nevertheless, it was a favorite among many beauty circles, so I thought I’d be remiss not to give it a try.
I’m glad I did. The soap already looked and smelled different from regular bath soaps. Without all the added chemicals, it had a more natural scent that I found very pleasant!
Another thing I found was that the soap was very moisturizing. I usually grab lotion the second I step out of the shower because I couldn’t stand the dried-out feeling from my regular body soap, but with this one, I didn’t feel that uncomfortable, tight sensation. I also noticed some red patches on my arm had calmed down after showering.
Our Rating
While I didn’t get to test the soap on broken-out skin, I still had a positive experience overall. The soap is highly moisturizing that you don’t even feel its exfoliating properties. I would happily ditch my commercial body care products for something natural and chemical-free like this soap.
Ideal for: those who suffer from psoriasis and eczema. If you’re one of those people, add this soap to your eczema-friendly skincare routine stat.
