Our Verdict
When I’m not wearing lip balm to remedy chronically dry lips, I love to top it off with a nice, hydrating tint just so I look alive — even if I’m the only person who can see it! The Detail Cosmetics Lip Ink is a joy to wear because it literally takes just a few seconds to apply and doesn’t come off the entire day.
You can’t go wrong with the colors, either, although my personal favorite is the Tangerine Tango for a natural look. The tint has a degree of transparency, so each shade blends just enough with your real lip color to make it look natural. Even then, the color payoff is outstanding, and the buildable formula makes each one versatile wear.
