My first impression of the Venista Detox is how small and easy to swallow they are. A huge pet peeve of mine is trying to swallow a capsule that is entirely too big that it’s almost uncomfortable. These tablets go down well, which is a huge benefit considering you have to take 2 of them in a row every day.

As for the effects, I noticed that I no longer felt snacky in between meals. Despite eating a regular three meals a day, I didn’t feel bloated or too full afterward. I was aptly satiated after every meal.
